Cognisance 

It being the last day before The Small Boy starts at Big School brings me to considering how little we sometimes value our ‘present’.
Being right here, right now is after all, a gift. We will all have known those who have not had the privilege of making it this far with us. None of us know what tomorrow brings. So all we have is now.
Best we really taste, hear, touch smell and see what is here, now and be thankful for the things that are good. This is not a lecture, The Now is the most potent place from which to decide on your next move!
