Career Coach — Definition
Career coach definition — Each career coach will define themselves differently. And, hat’s exactly as it needs to be. Nobody needs a cookie-cutter coach. All clients have very different needs.
So perhaps it’s easier if I write MY definition of career coaching here. — Then, you can see if it’s what YOU need.
I work entirely cross-sector: So, if you have discovered that your current work, job, or industry sector no longer brings you pleasure or reward I can help. I’m adept at supporting clients to transition between old and new paradigms.
I work not with CVs but with deep-seated beliefs: Once you know what’s holding you back from your best career path, you can write your CV for yourself.
I work with Purpose: why? Because once you know what drives you, you can scale mountains to make it real.

And I also work with The Past: This isn’t therapy, however, only once you have made peace with the professional journey you have been in can you choose what you want next. Your history is your GOLD so let’s harness the riches in there in order to design your future. Your answers already lie on the inside.
So, fundamentally, if you are REALLY capable but feeling increasingly lost about what you want to do next, come and see me, and we can work it out together.
Perhaps it’s time to stop allowing others to capitalise on your skills, knowledge, and experience. Maybe now it the time to choose to use your abilites for yourself.
