I’ve coached for many years, and NEVER have I coached for no reward at all. I have skill swapped, I have co-coached, I have reduced fees (in specific circumstances, but I have never provided career coaching for free.
To do this for ‘free’ would contimate the process for both of us
Why? Because that would de-value the process and THAT devalues YOUR potential — So, let’s not do that!
For the Coach then resentment grows and THAT will poison the waters of our relationship.
For YOU, the Coachee, how will you value something gifted to lightly? How will you know its value and its worth if you are given it for free?
