The interview is easy when you bring clarity of purpose, coherence and integrity. — Everything flows when you know WHY you are attending the interview. Then your responsibility is simply to show up and be true to you.

The one thing you cannot fake is authenticity. –Interviewers, potential employers, and colleagues can scent “artificiality” a mile off.
And you cannot get away with ‘fake’ for long when those who employ you need you to crack on and get the work done.
Asked why people work, there will be two types of people:
Firstly, it’s the money
Secondly, there are those who seek meaningful work
As we grow older (and wiser), more people want to join these two: It’s not sustainable to work for the just love of it endlessly. It’s also unsustainable to graft for long periods of time in employment that feels purposeless.

There’s no quick fix to this – what there is is a journey. You and I will enter a place of reflection for a short period of time. Being accompanied by one who has travelled with humans in a wide variety of industry sectors and levels of seniority will enable you to hear your own wisdom.
