If it all feels too much…….
Stop!
Just withdraw and give yourself five minutes & breathe.
Centre yourself:
Use a changing breath: close your eyes. Breathe deeply in through your nose and all the way out through your month. Repeat. This will bring you into the present.
Centre yourself in your body:
What can you see, smell, feel, hear and taste…..
Pause…. Enjoy it…..
And rejoin the mayhem, strengthened.
