Think positive?

Whilst it might sound trite I find there is an element of truth in the words:
” We can complain because rose bushes have thorns, or rejoice because thorn bushes have roses.”

Humans have difficult days, and receive tragic news or lose loved ones, and yet, whilst we continue our existence on this planet, is part of the deal that we get to make choices?

Sometimes we get to choose what happens to us, often we are subject to evens well beyond our control. The choice in this instance lies in how we react to them.

I have found very shiniest nuggets of gold in the very darkest episodes of my life. Not immediately, but in time, and in retrospect, I know that the things I learn in those seemingly unbearable episodes have enriched my life beyond words…….

So how are you going to choose to view your world? It’s on your hands …..
