Career Coaching Degree — Having spent a year training as a coach, I laugh now that I additionally enrolled on a career coaching degree, a full-time MA, before realising I was doing a perfectionism thing.
— I believed I couldn’t be effective in my role without knowing ALL OF IT before I began. —
This is ALL about BELIEFS – if you believe you will learn what you need to do the job on the job, then you will. If you believe you need to know it all beforehand — which of course is nigh on impossible. You may well get stuck.

Life chose for me in my situation – I got pregnant. I withdrew from my studies, set up my coaching business during the boring bits of early motherhood, learned ‘experientially ’. I earned as I learned. I learned A LOT along the way.
