Coach Bristol
Coach Bristol: I set up my career coach bristol enterprise in a rebellious way. I felt I had been told that independent coaching was not a sustainable way to earn a living. I felt I had been kindly advised, for my own good, to consider being a career coach in this city as some kind of secondary or parachute career. Knowing how important I believe coaching to be, I rapidly began to rebel against this well-intentioned guidance. This rebellious attitude has paid off wholeheartedly.
There is a similar sense about this city of Bristol. In this place, when we are told that we cannot do something, we often go ahead and try it anyway. Rebellious individuals and organisations are often very successful in Bristol. So the combination of a rebellious coach, operating in a rebellious urban context ,with individuals who are questioning the status quo, leads to a whole heap of fun.
There are people and businesses in Bristol who refuse to squash themselves into the expected shapes of roles that exist already. There are entrepreneurs who are driven to try and do things a different way. There are bright, but as yet unfulfilled individuals who are seeking value-filled and purposeful employment. There are people in this city who are real game changers and who deserve all the support they can get to refine exactly how they might look for them.
Uk Business certainly needs this dynamic and questioning attitude. Uncertain economic and political times demand resilience from individuals who are clear about what drives them. When businesses have clarity about exactly what ethical and sustainable business transactions look like for them then they have bounce-back-ability. This is how our economy will survive. To coach in Bristol, where these initiatives begin, is a real privilege.
