People come to career coaching for a wide variety of reasons. Unfortunately, some come to career coaching expecting me to have their answers — I don’t!
YOU have your answers: My job is to help you hear them.
How does that happen? It happens in three ways.

I help you hear your answers by asking you a lot of questions specifically designed to elicit your professional information. Your next professional iteration.
I help you hear yourself through our coaching conversations. These have an ebb and flow and feel ease-filled, but lots is happening unseen on deeper levels.
I also help you hear yourself by going quiet – if the client is doing 90% of the talking and I’m doing deep listening. This way I can pull the threads that apply to obstacles or limitations to potential new iterations of you.

What I CAN do is hold space, deftly, noticing nuance, tugging on the ends of threads that lead you back to the truth of you. This way I can guide you to hear the route your true self needs to take.
The data ALL comes from You. And can only be heard when there’s enough safety in the container within which we hold this sacred work.
