Sometimes ‘it’ just isn’t working. Be it the job, the relationship or the career path, sometimes we’ve just got to dig it up, turn it over in our hands and consider how it might sit, look, or work differently……
It ain’t easy, sometimes it ain’t pretty, but, if the work is done early enough, a workable solution can be found…… Or indeed a replacement sought….. Before too much damage is done.
