People are genuinely disappointed when I let them know that I will not tell them what to do. And believe me, you would be deeply resentful if I ever DID tell you what to do! Adults do not respond very well to being ‘told’ anything, in my experience
What I can help you with is deciding what you want to do — this way it comes from you
My job is to ask you relentlessly annoying questions until we begin to surface what is really getting in the way of doing what you love
When you do work you love, you will enjoy it and thus do it well. And that, in turn, means you will earn well from it.

Your beliefs can even get in the way of hearing what it is you want to do.
Beliefs generally originate from ‘Authority Figures”, by which I mean teachers, parents, and ‘pillars of the community’.
Your programming can go so deep that you don’t even know it’s limiting your possibilities.

And, there comes a time when we need to move on from those voices that held such power – they often come from when you were small, or from times of stress that have long passed, and they need to fall away now.

However, until you know what they are, then they will continue to limit your potential – they are like a computer programme operational in the background that is so familiar you no longer even recognise it’s there.

So, let us commit a little time to gently surfacing these voices, and then you can choose what to put in their place.
And THEN you will be able to hear yourself. And this way you can make excellent career choices.
