We humans imagine that we only communicate with words. — We humans are ALWAYS reading each other on a much deeper level.
We know when someone is a fake: Our bodies register when someone’s words do not match what they bring. We have an instant distrust of anyone who is claiming to bring more to the work table than they actually own.
We know ALL of this stuff already because our bodies register the cognitive dissonance. MUCH better to show up Congruent!

Fail to claim you fullest self and you risk showing up inconsistent, at the behest of other’s opinions and decisions. — and THAT is when You give Your power away.
