What began as an endeavour, 13 years ago to enable people to earn a good living doing work they love, has grown and deepened over that time – why? Because I too have grown and deepened over this time.
Firstly, it will ALWAYS give me joy to witness as each individual I work with learns to see their own brilliance, to hear what it is they really want to do and to be brave enough to ask that life meets them half way.

Three months of a deep dive with me and each human inevitably gets offered opportunities way beyond their expectations because they have taken ownership of all that they are and all that they bring. I love witnessing as a human slides into a more senior position than they believed they were ready for, hits the ground running, loving what they are doing. — I will never tire of these blessed and beautiful moments.

I run The Divine Feminine Programme
Knowing the power of this work within the entirety of the Divine Feminine Cycle means it works like rocket fuel. It’s a 12 week course. Limited to 6 Participants.
The Purpose: Enabling senior individuals to find the work that matters for them, within the container and nourishment of a group environment. These are the change-makers, the visionaries, the people who need team around them. They may work for others. They may have their own vision and need to know how to make it work on the ground.

The Systemic Work:
This is working with The CEO and the Leadership Team. This is a year long.
The purpose is to enable thrm to design their businesses efficiently and sustainably. Both in terms of people, planet, raising their bottom line and weaving an ethical commitment right the way throughout the vision and organisation. Raising the bottom line.
I provide Warrior Training:
12 individuals max. Leaders in organisations.
The purpose – to make the very most of your disruptive individuals who are exactly the ones who will enable you to survive to oncoming challenges in the business landscape.
And this is is about cross-pollination. Vulnerability, the brilliance that gets shared that from different industry sectors that can enable each other to thrive.
Your Disruptors are your solution as we work our way through these challenging economic times – nourish them and they WILL bring what’s needed to keep your organisation afloat. Punish them and they may cause you untold havock on the inside …
ALL this provision works with that intimacy in relationships that enable us to do the deep dive, together. Let’s quit pretending we have all the answers and that any of us need to be walking these paths, alone.
