There is absolutely NO POINT in meeting for a few career coaching sessions, ad hoc. — WHY? Because the outcome will be ad hoc too and that’s unsatisfying. There needs to be a career coaching program because then there is an established route map. And, with an established route map it is easy to head towards a destination.

I run career coaching programs for individuals and for groups. The format is very similar, the dynamic however is always very, very different.
In both we explore your professional environment, your behaviours along with ALL the skills and capabilities you have gained thus far. We work with your beliefs, your identities and your professional purpose…
And THEN we birth your professional Vision.
Thirdly we pin down just what is needed to make that vision real in the world. This is not just ‘dreaming’. Within this program lie the nuts and bolts needed to build this for real.

The difference between working this program one to one and in a group? It’s not just the price, it’s the energy. Group work takes courage and, it gives back so, SO much more.
It’s a new, western idea that we would take our wounds to a practitioner, like it’s a “secret” nobody else should know.
In tribal times, healings were a community affair, with everyone attending, witnessing and supporting. It takes courage and this dissolves shame and is also permission-giving to others who may be experiencing the same.
Yes of course your experience of your professional unhappinesses are entirely unique to you. And yet, there are inevitably so many cross-overs. Why not de-shame yourself “in-community” and recognise that you are not alone.
