Synchronicity

Have you ever noticed that once you are open to a new idea, a whole heap of supporting information and opportunities seem to crowd in at you on its tail?
Jung calls this ‘synchronicity’ and has written extensively about this phenomenon. Put simply, he believes that as each of us is part of a larger collective, and our mere belonging gives us access to all the information we will ever need. The only condition being that we need to be ready to hear it.
Whilst this is indeed a very simple translation, it does seem to pop up in my world over and over again.
Handed a philosophical thread for some portfolio career research three days ago, I have over and over, in the past 72 hours received relevant information regarding the sourcing and the use of this reseach project.
The more I listen, the more I hear, the more excited I become about both the projects potential and also it’s reality. I am seeing more and more evidence that proves that I can do this and that it will be if benefit to myself and to others to work to gain this knowledge….
All of this sprung from one question to one wise and trusted individual.. And suddenly every email, blog, conversation, article proves relevant and fans the flame.
This is because it’s my passion. This is because I cared enough To risk asking in the first place. This is because I am deeply concerned about the impact of the portfolio career on individuals and on industry today. This is because I am working from my heart and thus everything is lining up!
