Career Coach for Women

I am not ‘just’ a Career Coach for Women. Although, over the past 15 years, I have supported many a Sister on her professional journey.
It is not gender that differentiates me. What DOES make me different from other career coaches is that I coach across ALL sectors.
.
(If you seek further seniority in your existing field, you may even need a ‘mentor’. These sector-specific people will be able to guide you on your next steps and, indeed, introduce you to the ‘right’ people…)
.

If, however, you have NO idea what it is you next seek, and ALL you know is that ‘it’s not this’, then working with a coach who is NOT attached to an industry sector will open up your possibilities immensely.

Yes, I often support those as they move into their directorships or even become the next CEO.  And, I have also witnessed some extraordinary transitions:
.
The Aacrobat who moved into robotics & AI – with their love of computers and their implicit understanding of the human body, of course, that’s where they would head (we just didn’t know it, whether we met!). Now he’s moved into his directorship too.

The teacher, a natural leader, now dividing her time between educational consulting and supporting entrepreneurs in their business start-ups. Who knew that ‘teaching’ could mean teaching grownups too!
.
There is a fabulous human who retired from her very senior role in the LEA to become an entrepreneur starting her own interior design consultancy. it seems that long years in the statutory sector reminded her just how important living and working in a ‘good’ environment really was!
.

Who knew these were the places they were headed, but each of them is flourishing in situ.

As a woman, I may never be able to say that gender doesn’t matter at work – it’s still fraught with inequality.

And, if you can REALLY make the time to listen to yourself, then you have an excellent chance of finding work that fulfils you.
