Career Coach Vacancies. In order to get through the tough bits at work, and in life, you need to really care. You need to have enough care to have the difficult conversations. You need to have enough courage to hear the hurtful things and to want to do it differently next time. In the search for your next role, I’m not sure that seeking to drop into any old “vacancy” is really going to cut the mustard.

Here is the definition of presenteeism
‘the practice of being present at one’s place of work for more hours than is required, especially as a manifestation of insecurity about one’s job.
“one of the general symptoms of employee insecurity is presenteeism”‘
The cost of presenteeism is really high. Showing up to work when you do not care or are not well enough to really function will not benefit your career, business or brand in any way.
You cannot afford this presenteeism in your work or your life. Do not be distanced by illness, or by lack of care or by terror.
Feel the Fear, Engage, Reflect and Decide.
Just showing up for any old vacancy is rarely gonna be a good fit. Be really present, choose your way forward and this way reap the rewards of real professional satisfaction.
