Obviously, with over 15 years of career coaching experience, much of what I bring has a career-coaching orientation. And the years before that enable me to empathise with your joys and discomforts of the world of work. We will have each had both.

What YOU are bringing is invaluable – and not only your previous successes. Your darkest moments are great information about what you do (& do not!) wish to take into you next professional iteration.

It is unlikely that you are showing up to work with me seeking your first role out of university.  What you WILL be doing is looking to design your next career move, well.

And that is what your mistakes, your failures, your discomforts and your discontents are for. These are you GOLD! We won’t spend time wallowing in these uncomfortable places — what we will do is examine the things you do not wish to repeat, find ways to ensure you don’t have to, and put the things you DO want in their place.
