What most clients arrive here wondering is “What now for my career?” because often there is some kind of disappointment or disillusionment before people show up.
Career Coaching Essentials
My coachees do not invest time, effort and good money in career coaching because they are happy. They come to me because something they value has gone wrong or, they have not yet found their ‘Why’. In either scenario clients come here because they have no idea which way to turn next.
So that’s what we do – we sit together and systematically rifle through whether it has happened career-wise already and choose which bits still serve you to take forward. Then we work out what brilliance you gained from your past professional experiences. And then you will be able to identify what it is you seek in your work going forward.
Together then we make your pragmatic plan for the next five or ten years. And then it is your job to go and put it into action.
This way, magnificent things begin to grow for you.
This is not lightweight work.
