We found that out the hard way in The Pandemic, as we sat, trapped in our homes, wondering when we would ever get out! – and, this has had enormous benefits.

There were always a few clients who were ‘remote’. Today, so few of my clients are physically in the room.

This incredible coaching journey – it’s STILL powerful, loving, strenuous, and compassionate, whether we are in-person or on Zoom. I would say it is like the screen between us dissolves as soon as we get into the work. And that means that we humans can work anywhere in the world. I regularly hold team coaching sessions where delegates are spread across three or four continents and it is STILL powerful.

It is a complete privilege to journey alongside each and every client. To witness the unravelling and re-making of their career pathways. To be party to a human being designing their professional world in the way that they need.
