This work is all about The Relationship and The Trust between coach and client. This kind of depth requires a commitment of time and incremental risk-taking. This journey needs honesty, openness, and a willingness to explore, and only through these ways can we truly learn what it is you desire next for your professional world.

I want to know what you have disliked in your work to date: I want to know what behaviours you and others have been engaging in that have driven you to frustration. Only this way can we find, or indeed, can you design an organisational culture that nourishes you.

I want to know all the brilliance you have brought to your career thus far. And if reading those words makes you wince – it’s not uncommon. It’s often easier for us to take ownership of our fxxk-ups than it is to risk naming our wins. But you have to, so that you know what you are bringing to Your Next Thing.
Career Coaching Sessions
I want to dig deep and understand what drives you, and indeed, what your core values are. I want us to be able to weed out old beliefs that no longer serve you and are thus getting in your way.

I want you to be able to see all the identities and facets that make up ‘you’, I want you be able to see yourself from the outside and thus know just how valuable you are.

I want to know what your purpose is: What Is Your ‘Why’? And then, with all of this in hand, together we can dream in your vision.
Finally, we will make it really practical by working out who’s on the team, what the obstacles will be, what the first steps will be and what it will look like when you have succeeded.
This is TOTALLY achievable within a series of coaching sessions, but NEVER within one.
