The Pandemic has been the pause where we have all been given a chance to reflect on what we do, and indeed DO NOT want in our work and our lives…Add Brexit and there are fewer employees in the UK physically which alongside the opportunities for remote working internationally, leaves the UK with a smaller pool of talent from which to hire……

This means you are valuable….. this means that you can ask for what it is you want and you have an elevated chance of getting your own way…

Thus, the time is now. The time is absolutely on point for you to ask for what you need. And, if you work feels rubbish, but you haven’t been able to work out whether you should quit or what it is you need that will enable you to stay,
