I have realised that this is exactly what I do. I enable other people to choose their own ethical careers. Not because I manipulate coachee’s into choosing to be ethical but because ethical decisions are a natural consequence of the journey we embark on together  
Something profound happens when we humans ‘choose’ a career pathway. When we make an informed choice we are cognisant of the consequences. When we know what the consequences will be, we are no longer in doubt about our potency and our impact in the world. When we know our own power we begin to choose wisely.
This is how ethical and professional career paths are chosen. With owning ones own power.
