Cultivating Kindness:

In business, or in pleasure never, ever, underestimate kindness.

Genuine concern, and it really cannot be faked, for another’s welfare, is what makes business a pleasure.

They do say ‘it’s not what you know but who….’ Whilst this is simplistic and can seem callous, what I now realise is that alone, without each other, without sharing our business hope, knowledge and experience …

We are nothing!
