Healing Business
Thoughts on Healing in a business context: During a business networking event, a fellow guest approached me what I thought was quite an extraordinary question: He asked me if i was a ‘healer’. Almost without hesitation i replied ‘Yes!’. “But you are a career coach” I hear my internal saboteur exclaim, and, this is merely my ego getting in my way.
How why do i claim the role of ‘healer’? Because what is not healing about empowering professionals to identity, live and work by their values? What is not healing about enabling organisations to challenge their outdated belief systems and engage with business in new and ethical ways? What is not healing about a series of individuals pouring out into the world, clear about their own purpose, with a professional identity that they themselves have chosen and refined? What is not healing about businesses establishing exactly what is the best environment for them to create in order that their employees work most effectively and indeed comfortably? What is not healing about professionals really harnessing their skills and capabilities and thus being empowered to use them for their highest good out in the world? And, what is not healing about being conscious of behaviours that serve you in a professional context and behaviours that you have outgrown, and can thus jettison, as you move on.
Overall, what is not healing about taking a holistic and sustainable look at business, enabling all involved to design the next chapter to ensure that it is a good fit for individuals, for each business entity and for it’s end users? I think this is incredibly healing for our business communities and hell does it appear that they need that!

I was wondering if you ever considered changing the structure of
your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to
say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures.
Maybe you could space it out better?
