I Want A New Job But I Don’t Know What . . .

“I Want A New Job But I Don’t Know What . . .” — This quandary is not as uncommon as you think.
Many, many people know they are unhappy with their current role but don’t know what comes next for them.  So firstly, beware criticising yourself if you, too, are in this position.
We have lost the ability to hear what it is that we really want in the noise of everyday life.
Or maybe we were told early on that The Thing that we knew we wanted to do “wasn’t possible”.
In either case, the only way I know to discover our truth is to turn inward and ask some difficult questions.
And that can take some good holding.
We have been raised to believe that we need to take difficult journeys alone. This is a falsehood. I know I get the best outcomes and the most honest answers when I have someone I trust. Collaboration with the right ally is where all my deep, authentic work is done.

I Want A New Job But I Don’t Know What . . .

Creating spaces and places where we can deep dive safely, with trusted companions on the journey, is where our real gold lies.
So, if you want to know what you really want to do. If you’re courageous enough to turn towards this stuff. If you want to live your best life and choose your career well, I have over a decades worth of experience of accompanying humans on this leg of the journey.

Invest a little time in this, and you can design it well for you.
