Is what it takes to make the coaching relationship potent. The joyous part of this coaching is seeing this amazing process work over and over again. Whatever the focus of the piece of work we contact to do, be it career coaching, be it health, relationship, life or finances, there is a tipping point where suddenly everything begins to line up again.
It’s such a privilege to be part of this recipe. The client brings a challenge, I hold the space, the client brings their openness, willingness and honesty, and I add in the necessary interventions and ta-da! That balance tips once again. The client blossoms and grows and takes their newly integrated brilliance out into the world!
I have a client who sends me a little text message, regularly. All is says is ‘it’s still working’ and in those few characters, I know, that all the work we put in together, is still rippling out into the world and working its magic.
It’s a real treat to see this play out again and again and again. However uncertain it may seem to coach or client in the beginning, it works!
