What I DO HAVE is your questions:
I have a multitude of sneaky ways to enable you to listen to yourself. Then You can hear what Your answers are.

(Ironically, even if I did tell you what to do, you would inevitably do the opposite. I know my client base well and this kind of rebellion serves nobody.)

What do we do instead? We explore together: We take a deep dive into your past professional behaviours and environments. Then we root around in your beliefs and professional identities. Before we explore the breadth and depth of your capabilities. Finally we will work together to define your professional purpose.

And then we will pin all that down in your five or ten-year vision. Well, you will. I am happy to
hold space and be endlessly curious about what drives you.

But, it is YOU who has the answers, and it’s YOU who will be delighted once you can hear those answers and make something authentic and ‘true’ manifest for your career.
