Career Coaching Confidence

Career Coaching Confidence. : Here are four creative coaching tools that promote self-esteem. Self esteem is an essential element in defining your new role. You need to have confidence in order to ask for what you want. This ability to ask for what we want may not be familiar to us. It may be alien in the culture of our country, our family or even our gender, to ask for the thing we most want. Confidence is created little by little and whilst we will always need affirmation from those we love and respect around us, we can take charge of our own confidence.

When we learn to affirm outselves for the things that we did well, we beomce less needy of others approval. When we are less needing of others approval we are less swayed by others opinions. When we are less swayed by other’s opinions then we can hear what is right for us. When we do what is right for us, we can meet our own needs and take responsibility for ourselves and be the potent adults that we really are.

If you are anything like me, then there will be days when it feels like there has been a 5 year old let loose in a grown-up body. The gap between what we show and how we feel can be closed by affirming your self-esteem. As we grow in confidence as a result of regular watering of our self-esteem then we are able to take the sometimes frightening steps we need to, in order to achieve all we wish to achieve. Affirm yourself and nourish your self-esteem and your professional development will respond with huge leaps forward as you consistently build trust in your professional abilities. In career coaching confidence is fundamental.
