There needs to be a series of diverse and engaging career coaching interventions. There needs to be a client who brings openness, honesty and willingness. There needs to be a coach who can intuit just how and when to apply the right interventions to their highest intent. Put these three into the crucible, place them over the fire and allow them to cook away……..

This is the trust that we must place in the processes. Trust that given the right ingredients and a little bit of time, the inevitable alchemy will take place. This is how your new professional purpose will emerge, all shiny and new, ready for you to take out and make manifest in the world. Career Coaching interventions are merely a part of the process, we must align the other elements too, for the best professional outcome.
