Just think of the lost revenue – the impact on the bottom line of each business who loses these women they have invested in over the years.

More, considering the loss of talent, the loss of wisdom, the loss of eldership within these businesses and organisations.
And this doesn’t even touch on the sick days and loss of engagement of the women who remain at work whilst suffering the symptoms of menopause that is held SO badly in our businesses and organisations.

YESSSS !!! Of course we need ‘innovative’ ideas in business because we face a unique set of socioeconomic circumstances right now with the fallout from Brexit, with post pandemic consequences

What we ALSO need is the lived experience of those who have come through their own challenges, before.
We need the faith and trust that wise beings bring, then knowledge that nothing is insurmountable.

We need the compassion that comes with those who are engaged with Their own work, meaning they bring healing and integration to the workplace
We need the balance that these humans who come through much, bring to business systems.

How arrogant we are that we believe that people are expendable.

How arrogant we are that we do not believe that we need what these elders bring. These women are trapped in a pincer manoeuvre – having left child-bearing late because we were told we ‘could have it all’ we are now navigating motherhood, homes, businesses and work.. all together and simultaneously with hormones.

When, what our bodies and souls are dying for and crying out for is to be able to take a step back, NOT OUT of businesses but into advisory roles. Into spaces and places within business where the wisdom we bring is fully appreciated.
