Career Coaching Women: I never set out to work with women but i can see that consistently, across the last 15 years, the gender split has been 70/30 in favour of them.
Why that is I am can only speculate about: Perhaps that I was raised by a strictly feminist mother percolates through my website and my words?

Perhaps it is that I STILL don’t believe that we have anything even nearing “equality” that seeps out of my social media channels?

Perhaps my rage at the covert nature of this inequality shows in my facial expressions and the words I speak?

I am a fan of men. I adore working with men. I adore it when I get to witness men take flight. The Busness work NEEDS good men and I will empower them to rise.
And perhaps I find it even MORE SATISFYING when those who have suffered oppesssion get to fly.

I will work with whatever human with whatever pronouns, wherever they choose to place themsleves on this specrum. I will enable them to be their truest selves, doing work they love, in ways that nourish their integrity and their well-being.
