Is This Witchcraft?
Career Development Coach: “I don’t know how you do this.. it’s like witchcraft!”, voiced a client who had just outlined her life purpose to me (& indeed to herself!), for the first time. And it Is a shock, every time we reach the heart-centre of this journey, with each individual.
It does take time to get to this point. It does take patience as, incrementally, we build up layer upon ayer of information in order to build the full picture. It does take corsage as we circle nearer and near to the flame that will fuel an individual’s career path for decades to come.
But it is not witchcraft (although I really would like to claim this on my site!). This process is logical and systematic and enables you to identify what you want more of and weed out that which you don’t. This way we can refine exactly which way forwards is your next step. I ask questions, you volunteer the information & together we can pull out the threads of value. This way they can be woven in a new design that is entirely bespoke to you.
In my capacity as a career development coach, all I do is mirror for you. I can encourage you and sometimes, I can dive in, like the hawk that I can be, in order to tweak some debris aside so that you can see what nuggets of gold lie beneath, that you might use to elaborate your own woven design. This work is not witchcraft but it is very, very effective and this leads those who have done it with a heap of clarity about why they want to do the thing they have chosen and how they can make that happen.
This is not witchcraft, this work lies somewhere between science and history, with a little pinch of creativity thrown in.
