Career Coaching Services are plentiful these days. Fifteen years ago I thought I’d made the role up — I didn’t know anyone else in Bristol who was providing career coaching. The service I developed was entirely Client-Led

There is no “One Solution Fits All” with this work. Each and every one of my clients has brought a their own unique frustrations, obstacles, and dreams. What I CAN do is hold a space for those who show up. This crucible allows for all the necessary concerns, hopes, limiting beliefs and unique brillances to bubble up.

Thus, each journey is STILL bespoke to the human in collaborating with. Even after years of doing this work, I, WE, are always AMAZED at what emerges, almost effortlessly. Because when we both commit to openness, rigorous honesty and willingness, alchemy happens and the (now) obvious answers appear.

It is a total privilege to take this journey alongside the client who is genuinely interested in locating thier authentic career pathways. Why? Because it is YOU people who are courageous enought to risk asking the difficult questions of yourselves. And it is this very courage that makes for a rich and rewarding journey.
