What do I do next? I can turn my hand to anything so what is MY thing?
The clients who come to work with me have one universal trait in common. Each of them CAN turn their hand to just about anything they are asked to do.
I suspect I draw these creatures to me because I am exactly the same.
This makes them (us) highly competent beings, highly employable, and highly desirable.
However, the flip side of this ‘ability’ is that having spent so much time working out how to meet the business needs of others …. It’s very easy to lose touch with what WE want and need

We examine your capabilities so that you can take ownership of what you will be really bringing to your next professional iteration. We explore your beliefs and values, so you know how to set down what no longer serves you and you are clear about what motivates you to move forward. We explore all your identities to date, and by this point in our work together, whilst you may not yet know the job title, You will be able to state categorically what you will not compromise in your next steps. Then we get to your ‘purpose’ questions, enabling you to identify your WHY.
And from this point, we jump off the cliff’s edge together and dream in your five-year vision. And, with all the work we have put in already, this will be YOUR five-year vision – nobody else’s….
After that, we work out what practical steps you need to take to make this real.
Job done – now you know what YOU want to do.
