I am frequently asked “What Will I Get from Career Coaching?” and therefore, here is a short summary of SOME of the things that you will gain along the way.
This will be a three-month, bespoke career coaching journey. There will be six, 90 minute long, coaching sessions — taking you from “this is where I am”, through “this is ALL I gained from the last years and decades”. Taking you to “this is what I wound LOVE to be doing”, right through to “and this is how I will do that”

You will leave our time with your FIVE YEAR CAREER ACTION PLAN. You will leave our time togther with a deep ownership of the brilliance that you bring. You will leave this work with a profound understanding of how and why you wish to bring your unique talents to the world.

It takes honesty and being real
It means taking risks (only to realise that the sky didn’t fall in AND that these risks are your gifts)
It does take looking at your past so that you can pick up all the gifts to take them forward to your future.
