“Shall I send you my CV?”
Asks every single client before they come to meet me
“NO — please don’t”, firstly it will terrify me – if you hide behind your outside, professional self then we will never get to the core of You and the work cannot be done.
And, secondly I’d rather meet The REAL You – then we can see if we really work together.
The CV you would be sharing with me is the CV of who you used to be. What I am REALLY interested in is who you are now and, more importantly, who you have the potential to become.
The person who wrote that CV was the one who landed you on the job you are currently experiencing unhappiness in — I have no need of meeting that person.
What we can do in the space of an hour is meet each other, explore the work that lies between us, explore whether the connection we form can be robust enough to hold the work that’s calling to be done

And then, when we have done this work you will have:
Clarity about what it is you seek to do to earn your living.
You will know Why you are motivated to do so in this way.
You will know What Brilliance You bring to this vision of yours
and you will know How You are going to make that vision real in your life
At which point you will be more than capable of writing your own CV
I have no need of seeing your ‘today CV’.
What we will do is collaborate so that the next CV you write is entirely aligned with your vision, making manifest all the potential you currently hold.
