Career Coaching Qualifications

Career Coaching Qualifications — what really qualifies a coach to work with your career?

Yes, of course, you want a coach who’s trained, experienced, insured, and kind … and I am ALL of those things.
However, what most qualified me to become a career coach over a decade ago was the challenges I faced with my career progression.
See if you recognise this.

I was bright; I could turn my hand to just about anything. I wanted to please and to earn well.

Sounds good, right?
NOPE!
That was EXACTLY What led to me being pulled left, right and centre by other people’s projects and enterprises.
And the more I showed up for them (and I REALLY did), the less I knew what I wanted to do. And that was important to me, so I became increasingly confused, and then I became despondent.

Career Coaching Qualifications

Doing what other people wanted me to do left me deeply unhappy, whatever money I was paid.
When I qualified as a coach in 2010, the clients who sought me out were, guess what…
“Bright, could turn their hand to just about anything, and wanted to please and to earn well.”
Familiar?
And what was even more familiar was that they were miserable, too.

So, it turned out that my purpose was to enable others to uncover their professional purpose, too.

Nothing is quite like being purpose-led to enable you to power on through.

If you, too, are deeply unhappy at work but have no idea what to do about that.

Come and meet me — let’s work this out together.

I have REALLY LIVED this — as well as got qualifications.
