Who Uses Career Coaching? — I would never have considered career coaching – on reflection, if I had, I would have saved myself about a decade of distress!
Across the past decade of practising, I have seen a WIDE variety of humans use career coaching – “Industry Sector” has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with those who come through the door. — The deciding factors are these:

Humans who are doing the role they aspired to and are deeply disappointed by the experience.

Humans who are stuck in systems that frankly don’t work and, whatever their level of seniority, are powerless to change that. (Primarily due to people around them sticking their fingers in their ears and singing “la-la-la” very loudly.)
Who Uses Career Coaching?
Humans who have forgotten their own brilliance because they have been hijacked by others’ endeavours.

Humans who have a sneaking suspicion that they might want to run their own enterprise but don’t yet know what they need to do to make it happen.

Humans who have outgrown their role, their organisation, and their industry sector but, being capable of turning their hand to just about anything, are at a loss as to what Their Next Thing might be …

So, what joins these? — It is the inability to really hear themselves. They know something isn’t right. What these humans need is a little time in which to be able to pause and hear what it is they REALLY want.
You DO already know — What you need is the ability to HEAR yourself.
