What qualifies me to say this? Firstly I have 25 years working in professional development. Secondly I have practised for over a decade as a coach and clinical supervisor. Thirdly I am the founder of two businesses. And lastly (but definitely not least!), I have seen this transformative journey work over and over again for literally hundreds of clients.
