However, I do not do one off ad hoc sessions until we have an established a working relationship. — Once we have this you can return to as often or as little as you like.

Many of my coaching relationships continue for years in our deepening – we might only meet every 6 months but, when we do meet, our connection is immense — intense and instantaneous because of the work we have invested in this crucible, together, beforehand.
And, there is work to put in to building that kind of rapport
When I ‘qualified’, back in the day, I was taught to always contact for 6 sessions. I was also taught NEVER to create a dependency. This is about holding the balance because each human who comes to work with me is sovereign and deserves to maintain that.

Across the years, now spanning 13, of practicing (& I AM always still practicing!). I know the rhythm and the seasons of this work like the back of my hand. There’s an ebb and a flow and, there’s a deepening into relationship, trust and our shared understanding of all we touch.

It’s a joy and a privilege. There are also the darker moments which we learn to sit with until they alchemise of their own volition — at which point, you are freed to move right on. And so, initially I hold our work together as a container, a defined crucible within which all that needs to surface can and does.
