Having met with a new, truthful, career coaching client, I received an email, including full payment, signed contract and these rather beautiful words:
“I am very excited / trepidacious about our time together.“
And I WELCOME this honesty! I REALLY do. Of course there is nervousness: Firstly, it a new thing and secondly I have made it very clear this will be a deep dive. And, STILL this courageous human is showing up.
This is The Courage — And, I also Know this will be The Delight by the time we have finished.
Seriously, show up open and honest and willing and it’s YOU who will reap the rewards.
This process is alchemical when both coach and client show up raw.
