Career Coaching: Do You Give Refunds? — This is a contentious question and that’s because ‘money’ always has such a lot of baggage around it, both societal and personal.

And my answer to ‘Do You Give Refunds’ is ‘No’.

That feels like a bold and challenging thing for me to say:

And, I have earned the right to be bold and challenging across the last 50 years.
“The things we will tackle will be challenging. The outcomes will as a result be outstanding.”

This is however not an ego-based statement. My decision to be bold and challenging is in service of The Client.
It is my job as the coach to summons you, the client to show up to do the work you need to do to become the best iteration of yourself.

Career Coaching: Do You Give Refunds?
What I refuse to do is to give any client the escape hatch of “A Refund”. What we will do instead is work together to make anything that hasn’t been working, absolutely right.

The onus is on ME as the coach to make the journey right for both of us. The onus that lies with the client is that they show up, do the work and stick with the process so that it can work it’s magic

It’s an absolute privilege and no, I don’t give refunds.
