Conversely, Tony Robbins is, by far, the most expensive that I have seen. In addition to a fee of $1,000,000 per year, he also takes a profit share in your company. So, as you can see there is a wide bandwidth of charges.

Executive and Leadership coaching can be WAY more expensive than career coaching alone and this is because this work goes much deeper.

For example a coach who shall remain nameless is currently charging
Investment £795 + vat per session.
For each two hour session and recommends you have at least 6 sessions
That comes to a nice little total of £993.27 / session. Which is a tidy little £5963 for The Work.

What I have recognised is that — Having practiced for 12 years, on top of two decades of providing professional development for staff in a number of different sectors, is this:

And at an 8th of the prices of a a leadership / executive coach — my £1500 for three months work as opposed to £10k is a snip!

I’d say I’m worth it — My recovering clients know I’m worth it.
